Service

By accessing or using Vaasio (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to three primary categories of people:

• Everyone: General visitors and anonymous browsers.
• Users: Registered seekers looking for accommodation.
• Owners: Property providers, landlords, and managers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Vaasio is a hyperlocal rental marketplace connecting Owners with prospective Users in India. We provide discovery tools, communication channels, and payment processing for premium features.

Vaasio is a facilitator only. We are not a party to any rental agreement between a User and an Owner, and do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any property.

Registration: Both Users and Owners must provide accurate info. You are responsible for account security.

Owner Specifics: Owners must have legal rights to list properties. False listings or "bait-and-switch" tactics will result in immediate bans.

User Specifics: Users must not harass Owners or attempt to circumvent the Platform's booking systems.

Owners are solely responsible for listing accuracy. Vaasio may mark listings as "Verified" based on internal checks, but this does not constitute a legal guarantee of quality.

Free accounts are limited to 1 active listing. Owners may upgrade to premium plans for expanded capacity.

Premium plans (Pro Owner at ₹499/month, Business at ₹999/month) are processed via Cashfree. By subscribing, you authorise Vaasio to charge your selected payment method. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Collect user data without consent
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Circumvent any payment or verification mechanism
• Post the same property multiple times to game search rankings

All content on Vaasio — including logos, design, code, and text — is owned by Vaasio Labs and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post (property photos, descriptions), but grant Vaasio a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of providing the service.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vaasio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing information, failed transactions, or disputes between tenants and owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaasio's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for 30 days.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any disputes that proceed to court shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, users may raise grievances with our designated Grievance Officer:
